Privacy policy 

In the following we inform about the collection of personal data when using our websites. Personal data is all data that is personally available to you, eg. Name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. In no case we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you.

In addition, we may use analytics services when visiting our website. Further details can be found in sections 4 and 5 of this privacy policy.

 b. Using our contact form

For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a provided on the website www.euwiro.de form. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who the request came from and to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

The data processing for the purpose of contacting us takes place according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 a) GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily granted consent.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of the request made by you.


3. Disclosure of data

A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below does not take place.

We pass on your personal data only to third parties, if according to GDPR Art. 6 Abs.1

  • S.1a)  You consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes

  • S.1b)  Processing is required for the performance of a contract of which the data subject is a party or necessary for the performance of any pre-contractual action which may be requested by the data subject.
  • S.1c)  dprocessing is required to fulfill a legal obligation to which the controller is subject
  • S.1f  to assert, exercise or defend your rights, and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your information
In such a case, you will separately inform us on what basis and to which recipients a transfer of your data takes place

When you visit our site, no personal information is passed on to the providers of the plug-ins.

The provider of the plug-in is displayed by us by means of a logo.

If you use our offer for social media plug-ins via the respective button, the plug-in provider receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online service.

In addition, the data referred to in point 1.2 of this declaration will be transmitted.

In the case of Facebook and Xing, according to the respective providers in Germany, the IP address is anonymized immediately after collection. By activating the plug-in, personal data will be transmitted by you to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (with US providers in the USA)

Since the plug-in provider carries out the data collection, in particular via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies before clicking on the displayed link via the security settings of your browser.

We have no influence on the collected data and data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full extent of the data collection, the purpose of processing, the retention periods. We also have no information to delete the data collected by the plug-in provider.

The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research and / or tailor-made website design. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (also for non-logged-in users) for the presentation of needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the formation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this.

The data transfer takes place regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged into the plug-in provider, your data collected from us will be assigned directly to your existing account with the plug-in provider. 

If you activate the activated button and eg. link the page, the plug-in provider also stores this information in your user account and shares it with your contacts publicly.

We recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, but especially before activating the button, as this will prevent you from being assigned to your profile with the plug-in provider.

We do not use online advertising tools (such as Google AdWords / AdSense) on our websites.

Furthermore, there are no automated decisions, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR

9.  Rights of persons affected

  • in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, free of charge information about your personal data processed by us, in particular about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data was or are being disclosed, and the planned ones To require storage duration;
