EUWIRO stands for more than 50 years of experience

At that time, the focus of our services was mainly on the turned parts, which we still carry today in the name, we have since continuously expanded our range of services. According to the needs of our customers, we also offer today, for example, the process of cold forming and a far-reaching service.

EUWIRO Formdrehteile GmbH is an automotive supplier company for well-known system suppliers in the automotive industry.

Precision, customer orientation and flexibility, that is what we at EUWIRO Formdrehteile GmbH have been offering for more than 50 years. Because the beginnings of our family-run company go back to the 1950s.

Above all, our customers include well-known, internationally active companies from the automotive, hydraulic, lock and hardware industry as well as companies from the construction and tool trade.
According to your specifications, we manufacture specific metal parts in small and large series.

Modern technology ...

At the center of our work are the wishes of our customers. In order to be able to do this flexibly and at a high level at any time, we continuously invest in our technical equipment. For example, in the 1980s, we introduced the first multi-spindle automatic lathes, and since the 1990s we have been using CNC lathes to precisely machine even complex parts.

It is just as important to us to continuously educate our employees and inform them about new product trends, production processes and technologies.

That is why our specialists regularly take part in internal and external trainings, in which hands-on knowledge about the different subject areas is taught. 

In addition, we educate young adults almost every year, whom we take over after completing their education, if possible.

So we can recruit our junior staff usually from our own ranks.

This has the direct advantage for our customers that they often have the same contact person in our company for many years, who knows exactly their individual requirements. This also contributes to uncomplicated, productive cooperation with our customers.

Integrated quality management

Whether automotive supplier, vehicle manufacturer, tool manufacturer or construction company: our customers must be able to rely 100% on the precision and quality of the parts we supply. That is why we have been relying for many years on systematic quality management that includes all our locations. Since 1998 we are also certified according to DIN EN ISO 9002 and in May 2001 we successfully completed the certification audit according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 and VDA 6.1.

We are currently certified according to DIN ISO EN 9001: 2015 and, of course, since then have been careful to keep the certifications up to date and to renew them at the prescribed intervals.

At the moment we are working to get the certification according to TS 16949. 

Development and current status

Due to many years of experience, supplemented by operational guidance and internal and external training measures, the employees currently employed by us are as familiar with the manufacturing and testing technologies we practice as with the customer-specific requirements.

They ensure smooth and accurate order processing with high quality standards and delivery reliability.

The machines and processes used for production correspond to the state of the art and, by means of preventive measures to ensure product quality and innovation of the continuous further development in the field of mechanical processing, bring about a continuous increase in manufacturing and process reliability.

EUWIRO Formdrehteile GmbH primarily deals with the production of metal mass turned parts with diameters of approx. 3 to 100 mm and their distribution in the plant I + II.

ZIWI Ziegeweid & Winkelmeyer GmbH & Co. KG is primarily engaged in the production of metallic mass cold forming / flow molding parts with wire diameters of approx. 2.9 to 16 mm.

Further processing, such as drilling, milling, thread cutting and broaching, are carried out in the company's own mechanical processing. Surface finishes, such as galvanizing or hardening are used in our

Furthermore, we pick and pack the items according to the specifications of our customers, which vary considerably depending on the sector and company.

From our central warehouse in Wuppertal, we provide, if desired, either for just-in-time delivery or provide the items for pickup. 

As we understand ourselves as a customer-oriented service provider, we are, of course, there for you even when things need to be particularly fast.

Building on our many years of experience, our branches are in a position to react in the short term without having to go through the central office in the event of an "emergency" and to ensure that your ability to deliver is maintained. - Just talk to us!
